Terms & Conditions
Methods of payment
Payment shall be made out to SITec – CRP Henri Tudor. Please note the name of your company and the name(s) of the participant(s). Payment must be made upon receipt of invoice or by credit card.
Non-attendance billing
Any non-attendance communicated 48h before the event shall be billed in full. Notification of non-attendance can be made by e-mail or fax to the SITec Secretariat:

Event cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel the event when there are not enough registrations or in case of an unexpected speaker unavalability. The CRP Henri Tudor will contact all registered people to inform them either of the rescheduling at a later date, or of the integral repayment.
Intellectual property of content
The course content is the exclusive property of CRP Henri Tudor. To this end, any reproduction or modification, even partial, of content, by any means and for any purpose whatsoever, is subject to the express prior agreement of CRP Henri Tudor.
Resolution of disputes
Where a disagreement between the contracting parties cannot be resolved amicably, any dispute concerning either the interpretation or application of this agreement, falls under the jurisdiction of the Luxembourg courts.
Insurance
The Participant to the event warrants that he/she has subscribed and will maintain in anticipation and throughout the duration of the event a liability insurance covering personal, tangible, intangible, direct and indirect damages that may be caused to third parties by its actions.
